Return Policy

Any STOCK bell rope that you are not completely satisfied with may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, and any taxes paid.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.  REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM BELL ROPES CANNOT BE ISSUED.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem.  Prices paid for custom purchases are non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel you order within 24 hours from the time and date of your purchase.
